Last Day of Outtask

Well its been a wild ride, and it ended very well. We started tailgating in the parking lot, and moved up to the conference room for the announcement that Outtask was acquired by Concur for almost 100M dollars in stock and cash. I take great pride in being one of the founders - we built a great company. It was bittersweet; with many great memories and good friends.

The people at Concur seam fairly nice to work with, and excited about our technology. It helps that the stock has gone up about 4 points! It was fairly odd walking into someone else's company on monday. The press release is below.
