Fishing

Catherine and I took the canoe out and did some fishing. No luck, but a nice day to be out on the water. We saw turtles, ducks, and other water birds.

Summer is finally here!

Caroline and i walked down to the lake and enjoyed the afternoon where she picked up sticks and picked flowers.


Catherine swam in the 11-12 backstroke because her bracket was full. She was at a fairly big disadvantage and it wasn't her best outing, but she sucked it up and did it in a respectable 59 seconds. In the last picture thats her swimming in as the others wait.


Team photo, and Time trials saturday, and monday night. Both girls did well, Caroline made it across the pool on the kickboard without the coach pulling her! she was proud. Catherine got in the mood and swam well too.



Lake Barcroft Dam tour - been wanting to see how it worked for years. Very interesting, we have our on dredgeing operation, and the dam systems are really interesting.

Ice cream social at beach 5 had a big turnout, debbie was responsible for putting it on - it was really well attended . Ran out of space on camera.
